Time Out

Now that things have warmed up and the snow is almost all gone I am looking back at those beautiful winter days we experienced only a few weeks ago. My dog, Tess and I go out every morning to do our chores and feed the younger horses. It was especially difficult when the snow was knee deep on me. Tess would get snow packed between her toes and would have to stop from time to time and clean it out. She would leap through the snow ahead of me and break the trail. It is our quiet time... our morning walk. She loves it. I love it. It's quite the hike up the hill, then up some more, then down to the cabin, then back up the hill to home.
I like to walk a lot. It's good for me.
Just yesterday on the walk we saw bluebirds. My mom sent them....
I know.

Amanda and Matt (Eureka Springs Wedding Photographer)

I love a winter wedding , especially if we have a blanket of beautiful snow to capture the day with. Matt and Amanda were married on January 22, 2011 in Eureka Springs at Thorncrown Chapel. Family and some friends were in attendance in spite of the snow and cold weather. Thanks Amanda and Matt for getting out there in the cold and slush to get these great photos. Enjoy this peek at a few of the images we pulled together on that chilly day!
